We are looking to hire a part-time head coach for our women's rugby team. We must find someone who has a good knowledge of Rugby laws, a strong understanding of game management and strategy, and the ability to teach and coach players with a wide variety of experience and skill levels.

Typically, we practice twice a week as well as go to tournaments when they are hosted. We would like someone who is flexible with their schedule and around in the evenings for practice. We, the team can try to be flexible as well with scheduling if needed.

Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions. •Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to improve their skills and performance. •Develop and implement training programs that align with the team’s goals and objectives. •Help to identify and recruit potential players to join the team. •Support the Head Coach in game-day preparations, including strategy development and player positioning. •Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect. •Monitor player progress and provide regular assessments and evaluations. •Ensure all coaching activities comply with the club’s policies and regulations.

Endicott College is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for Head Men’s Rugby Coach. This is a part-time position and is a fantastic opportunity to work with a striving collegiate rugby club to play a key role in the club's continued development and success. Applicants will be expected to collaborate with the athletics department advisor and team leaders to set goals, develop budgets, evaluate organizational needs, problem-solve, and serve as a liaison with other college departments essential to program implementation and success. Endicott College competes during both the Fall (15’s) and Spring (7’s) semesters. The Head Coach will be expected to commit to a work schedule during the competitive season that includes up to three practices per week and weekend matches. The Head Coach will be expected to commit to recruiting and attending various college events to further the team's interests. The Head Coach will be inheriting a group of highly talented and motivated men with substantial rugby experience that have continued to compete at Nationals every year. Primary responsibilities will include: Providing instruction, mentoring and guidance to student athletes to allow them to develop their athletic skills and abilities to maximum potential. Evaluating athletic ability and performance. Assuring that equipment and practice plans are prepared in advance of practice sessions. Maintaining positive and professional relations with students, athletes, and alumni Ability to teach safe and proper technique to beginning level players while challenging and integrating the skills of higher-level players
