The Wellesley College Rugby team is looking for a head coach. The WCRFC is a Division III, Developmental tier team competing in NEWCRC. Wellesley College is a women’s college located outside of Boston in Wellesley, MA. We are looking for a coach who can not only train new players, but also further existing players’ skills. Our goal is to improve our skills as a team while focusing on maintaining a fun and low-stress environment. We practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5pm to 7pm and our games are typically scheduled for Saturday mornings, but we can be flexible. The team currently has over 20 student athletes on the roster.

ABOUT

Our team is made up of about 25 hard-working, committed players with a wide range of experience and skill levels. We are looking for a strong leader and teacher for our newer players as well as for our returners looking to hone their skills and grow as athletes. Our fall season consists of about 6 league-scheduled 15s games, with 3-4 7s tournaments in the spring. We practice 4-5 days a week in the fall, splitting training between coach led practices, captains' practices, and weightlifting sessions.
