The President of NACRC is responsible for calling and presiding over all Board meetings and acts on behalf of the Board as directed. The President also serves as the Conference Commissioner, overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of the Conference​​.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NACRC is responsible for overseeing the corporation's daily operational functions. This includes implementing policies set by the Board, managing operational activities, and ensuring efficient workflows within the organization. The COO collaborates closely with other officers and directors to support the strategic goals of the Conference and ensures that the organization's operations align with its mission to promote collegiate rugby. The role involves significant leadership and coordination to maintain smooth and effective operations across all areas of the Conference​​.

The Treasurer serves as the chief financial officer and chief accounting officer of the corporation. Responsibilities include managing the corporation's financial affairs, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, and producing financial records upon request by any Director. The Treasurer ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures​​ .
